Shipping Policy – GFD The Atelier
The Atelier offers shipping within the United States for smaller items such as accessories, fine art, pillows, table lamps, and occasional tables via UPS Ground. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include full-value insurance. If you require expedited or overnight shipping, please email us at atelier@gracefrederickdesign.com.
Processing Times
• Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been carefully packed and is ready to dispatch.
• Please note that larger or fragile items may require additional time. We often order custom boxes or specialty packing materials to ensure items arrive safely.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been picked up by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, it is in the carrier’s hands. While delays are rare, they are outside of our control. Our goal is always to deliver your purchase promptly and in the same condition it left our store.
Large & Oversized Items
For larger pieces of art, mirrors, and furniture, please contact us at atelier@gracefrederickdesign.com. We will be happy to provide shipping quotes and connect you with trusted shippers and/or white glove moving companies in your area. Please note: white glove shipping averages 6–8 weeks, depending on weather and route conditions.
Local Options
• Purchases may be collected in-store during business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so we may prepare your order.
• Local delivery is available within the Charleston area. Please email or call the store for a delivery quote.
